  I would give zero stars if I could. Been a client for several years and noticed the more they realized just how much we loved our cat, (right after the expensive dental cleaning they talked us into) the prices started to climb even higher. Wait times in their waiting room were getting excessive (sometimes up to 2 hours) but the most disappointing moment for us was when we realized the meds we were giving our cat wasn't the right dose. (although we were told they were.) Dr. Runnalls told us that would be the manufactures mistake if indeed it wasn't the right dose and claimed it was no fault of their office. (even though they dispense it, and we made it clear we did not want to switch to their new, cheaper pen, but were forced to.) $1000 later, we finally have him in a good place with his health, no thanks to the Doctors here. The receptionists are very kind, except for a couple who are extremely rude. Sandra, the manager not only lied to us, but swore at my husband and hung up on him as he was trying to figure this situation out with her. He then proceeded to go down to their office to speak face to face and was told she wouldn't come to the door. We ended up having to pay more money just to have a copy of our cats records and prescription. It is very clear this office only cares about you, until you have questions about things that don't match up. If you love your animal, take them somewhere else.

  I would strongly recommend this Clinic to everyone. The staff here treat you with respect and dignity. I am on a limited budget and Dr. Burgoyne went beyond to help me with my cat who was sick. All the girls here are incredible from Darlene at reception to Tammy and Dr.Burgoyne. I cannot thank them enough for all the wonderful things they have done. Keep up the awesome work you do. You make a huge difference.
