  Great staff and facility. Less pretentious than some locations. Big premises so even when it's busy it doesn't seem like it. Amazing group fitness classes. The Spin (RPM) classes are exceptional.

  Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful well kept facility, and the sense off community among both the gym goers and the staff is phenominal. Definetely one of the best gyms in Nova Scotia.

  Clean space and nice machines. But they were always doing a very hard up-sell on me. It got extremely annoying.

  Also they were not really 24hr like their huge sign says on the outside (at least when I was a member a few years ago). I like to work out later at night 8:30 or so, but they were really only open till 9 or 10 making it nearly impossible for me to get any benefit.
