  So I come to get my car and pay up, they bring it to the door and hand me my keys. I hop in and THE CAR WON'T TURN OVER. I jumped right back out and right back into the shop and demand to know why my car is now dead. The tech comes running and says "let me check your battery cables" Now I had ZERO issues with my car before I went in and now my car is DEAD?! And why would there be an issue with the cables? They weren't supposed to be under my hood. They ended up having to jump the car in the driveway.

  I'm done so I call the shop the following Monday (Today) to resolve this issue and I get NOTHING but attitude. I had to FIGHT to get my money back.

  Excellent group to deal with. Joe is looking after our vehicles like they were his own. We send our used cars here for inspection and always trust their recommendations. Highly recommend this location for auto repairs and maintenance.

  Horrible shop. I went in for a balance and tire install (winters on Steelies, not a hard job). Being a woman, I usually send my car in with my husband as far too many shops have a bad habit of soaking women for repairs.

  Went here to get an inspection. They wouldn’t pass it due to tires. Didn’t have a good feeling as I knew it should pass so I took it to the dealer. They told me there was absolutely no issue that shouldn’t pass inspection and inspected it the day after.

  Had to leave my car all day, OK fine. I get a call that I need a $400 brake job. Well that's funny cause my brakes were fine before I dropped the car in. He proceeds to condescendingly tell me that with new brakes (Disk not drum) that's I'd never notice a problem till I couldn't stop anymore. Which is funny, because I've had lots of cars with disc brakes and youi KNOW when these are going.

  They did the work I asked them to do, and then didn't charge me because they found a larger problem that the completed repair didn't fix. That is great customer service in my book!

  Today it's pouring rain... my wipers are not working due to wear and I pulled into Speedy Auto at 627 Sackville Dr. Within 10 minutes I had new wipers installed (at no charge) and was on my way. Thanks to Joseph Young for your good service and pleasant manner. You made my day a little brighter!!

  I was advised to drive the car on the highway to charge the battery. I did this and as I was trying to exit the highway, my car felt like it was going to shake apart. I finally get my car back into the driveway and as I'm getting out I hear a metallic "tink" noise. I immediately did a visual inspection of my car and come to find out that the balance weight CAME OFF THE CAR.
