  Had to stop in here recently and instead of an apology the techs poked fun and the manager told me as rude as he could to get off their property.. What a joke for a company.

  I brought my car in for an alignment and shortly after i dropped it off i was told that it needed a lower ball joint replaced, then quoted me over $400 for it's repair. (not even the dealer charges this much). At the end of the day i stopped by to pick the vehicle up before they closed. The car was never repaired so i brought it to my buddies (who's a trained ASE tech for a local honda dealer) to have a go at repairing it. Before we even had the wheel off we knew that it was miss-diagnosed. The last repair made to this vehicle was outter tie rod ends when the boots were leaking grease. This was just a little over a month ago and when it was done the nuts weren't properly torqued so they became loose. in less then 10 minutes we had both wheels off, nuts tightened, and wheels back on.

  The first lie this company will make you is made before you even pull onto their lot. "Major Discount" should be called "Major Disappointment" Not only were they trying to get me to pay $100/hour for labor, but they also quoted me for repairs to my vehicle that didn't need to be made. Going to this service center will be one of the most regretted decisions of your life.

  when i went the next day to ask them to show me why the part needed to be replaced, they refused to show me. when i pointed out the damage that was done to the door the manager became very irate and told me to leave his property before he calls the cops.

  Have been here several times with two vehicles. Last time, brought car in for exhaust work, when I picked it up had severe rim damage. Asked them about it, they tell me they know for sure it was driven in on a wrecked rim. Not the case.

  There's plenty of better shops around. I'm not saying all Major locations are horrible, as I've been to both the bayers lake and Burnside locations without much issue in the past... but this is far from a shop you'd ever want to trust your vehicle with.

  I have been a customer there multiple times, with multiple vehicles. I have never left feeling unsatisfied, or like I could have gotten a better price somewhere else. Great work guys!

  Tried to schedule an appointment using their online service request form. Received a confirmation that it was received and someone would be in touch however no one ever got back to me. Don't waste your time with these guys. Apparently they already have all the business they need!
