  Highly recommended. Our 2001 Saab 9-5 broke down on our way back to Ottawa. A faulty throttle position sensor was diagnosed as the problem. Given the age of the car and the mileage (300,000 kms) a lot of shops would have stung us for a new throttle body, but European Auto cleaned and lubricated the old throttle body and we were able to drive back to Ottawa without any problems. Plus, a couple of days later, Jason phoned to ask how our trip had gone. Exceptional customer service!

  Joe runs a great shop, and does honest, good work. This is the only shop I found that doesn't mess up oil changes! Highly recommended.

  Terrific service. The owner is friendly and fair. My car was fixed in a timely manner and for a very reasonable rate. Great full-service shop that does basic to complex jobs with ease.
