  I went to CARSTAR because my insurance company recommended. I wish I had gone to Oregans instead. I had a dent on the back box of my truck and my bumper was damaged. When he looked at the damage he notice paint was bubbling up above the wheel well. He said he would fix it because they had to repaint anyways. Got the truck back , dent fixed but not the bubbling paint, they just painted over it. I wasn’t expecting him to fix that except he told me he would. When I called him on it he said he doesn’t fix rust issues. Also had another vehicle there and when I got it back it has a very strong chemical odor. Not sure what it is but I hope it goes away. Dont really want to put my small kids into it now.

  Handled everything to do with my (insured) repairs with alacrity and ease, kept me informed of the status via email, handled booking and returning my rental car during the repairs. No complaints.

  My damage problem looked after efficiently and job well-done. I was Leary because of the one poor review listed here. Work looks great and all related things, rental car handled well.

  I had to contact these guys for a Warranty repair for work that was done at another Carstar location. They were extremely pleasant to deal with. I was worried about the quality of the work for a subsequent paint job but I was pleasantly surprised at the finished product. The paint was blemish free and blended to match the original three year old paint. The whole experience was a positive one and I would recommend these guys to anyone.
